ULVIYYA ALIMAMMAD HASANOVA
Ulviyya Hasanova was born on 18 March 1970. In 1987, she entered Baku State University, Faculty of Chemistry, graduating in 1992. The same year she embarked on her postgraduate studies in chemistry at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. In 1998, she defended a PhD thesis, and achieved a ScD degree in 2011. She has been a professor at the Department of Organic Chemistry, BSU, and a leading research fellow at the university`s Nano Research Center since 2013. From 2002-2013, Ulviyya Hasanova worked as a teaching assistant, senior teacher and associate professor at the Department of General and Toxicological Chemistry, Azerbaijan Medical University. Her major research interests lie in supramolecular chemistry, synthesis of nanostructures and substance of synthesized nanostructures. She has published over 70 papers and education handbooks.
