MUSTAFA MAMMAD HUSEYNOV
In 1952 he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of AUL, in 1957 he defended his PhD and in 1963 his doctoral dissertation. In 1980, he was elected a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. His main scientific work was the synthesis of chlorine-organic compounds in the "hot layer" and the production of high-temperature and refractory polymers on their basis. Prof. MM Huseynov is the author of more than 500 scientific works, 1 monograph, including 260 copyright certificates. Under his leadership, 10 doctors of sciences and 90 candidates of sciences were trained. In 1979, he was awarded the title of Honored Scientist of Azerbaijan. M.Huseynov was awarded the title of "Inventor of the USSR" and the "Veteran of Labor" medal.
