MUBARIZ MAJID AHMEDOV
In 1962 he graduated from AUL with a degree in Inorganic Chemistry. He graduated from the graduate school in 1973. In 1974 he defended his doctoral dissertation on "The effect of reducing gas composition on the process of obtaining elemental sulfur from sulfur dioxide", and in 1990 he defended his doctoral dissertation on "Physicochemical basis and processing technology of elemental sulfur from high concentration sulfur dioxide". In 1991 he was awarded the title of professor. Prof. M.M. Ahmadov's main scientific direction was the creation of technology for complex processing of ore and non-ore minerals and industrial waste. M.M.Ahmadov is the author of more than 300 scientific articles, 16 author's certificates and patents. Under his leadership, 10 candidates of sciences were prepared. In 2001 he was elected a corresponding member of ANAS.
