СПИСОК НЕКОТОЫХ НАУЧНЫХ РАБОТ

Лаборатория Ядерного Магнитного Резонанса была создана 22-го ноября 2002 года. В лаборатории функционирует мультиядерный, импульсный FT ЯМ-спектрометр "BRUKER300" (Германия). Прибор работает на диапазоне радиоволн 14-121, 300 МГц. Для изучения структур соединений в основном используется 1H, 13C, 31P, 14N, 15N, 17О, DEPT, 1H OFF-resonance, the gated 1H- and the inverse gated 1H decoupling techniques, homodecoupling, 1H NOE, INEPT, water suppression, 2D J-resolved 1H NМR-spectroscopy, T1 relaxation, DOSY, COSY, HMBC, HMQC, TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY, 2D INADEQUATE, EXSY и др. ЯМР эксперименты. В лаборатории проводятся исследования в области изучения физико-химических свойств растворов (молекулярная динамика) и ЯМР-идентификации новых продуктов, получаемых в органическом синтезе.
